The SMS messages I sent were not delivered in specific countries. What can I do differently?

Here’s what you can do to troubleshoot:

1. Request and enable access to send SMS from Journey Builder or the Web App on MessageBoard Dashboard since SMS sending isn’t available in all countries by default.

2. For the System to correctly determine the destination country, the recipient number must be in international format.
