The annual Dreamforce event held from Nov. 19-22, 2019, at Moscone Center, San Francisco was an eventful, exciting experience and hugely successful in more ways than one for us at CriticalRiver. Our leadership team along with our CEO, Anji Maram participated in debates, discussions and were able to interact, communicate and engage with Salesforce leadership and the visitors alike.
Our engagement with corporate head honchos helped us listen to and understand their technological challenges and how best we at CriticalRiver can deliver them right-fit, tailored solutions that will enable them to eliminate the bottlenecks and pave the path to efficiency and growth.
Anji Maram delivered a riveting presentation, wherein he showcased our most acclaimed achievement in recent times of a project we implemented for Cypress, a multibillion-dollar manufacturing company.
Cypress, using a legacy marketing automation platform and was looking to transform into a better solution. CriticalRiver identified and deployed Pardot, a right-fit, next-generation marketing automation platform in 6 weeks enabling Cypress to accelerate time to market.
It usually takes months for such a large automation deployment, but we accomplished the task in 6 weeks. By leveraging Pardot, Cypress is able to improve the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns and also track their success through measurable metrics such as the percentage of sales funnels increase as a result of their marketing campaigns.
And the accolades…
“Â CriticalRiver is a technology partner that can deliver on its commitments. They have proved it by implementing the Pardot marketing automation platform in 6 weeks and brought value to our business. I would say this with our experience with CriticalRiver and this is why we very much like to work with them in the future“

Needless to say, Salesforce itself has revealed its plans at Dreamforce to introduce Einstein Voice Project, https://www.salesforce.com/company/news-press/press-releases/2019/11/Salesforce-Einstein-Voice/ which is similar to Alexa and Google Home but with far more advanced features such as data accessibility and communication in corporate environment.
So, CriticalRiver is poised, all-set and is at the right place and right time.
