Rowan brings over a decade of experience in analytics, technology market research, and data development. In his most recent role, he served the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a senior developer and manager of a data and reporting team, driving accurate, actionable, and equitable insights on vulnerable populations. Previously, Rowan was a Forrester researcher and analyst, specializing in advanced analytics and ML, and authored more than 30 reports, including numerous Forrester Wave™ evaluations.
